How Worry Can Affect Your Health

Updated: Dec 1, 2023

We all know it's not healthy to worry but what about worry regarding doing all the right things to stay healthy.

Do you worry about all the toxins around us that we're exposed to everyday? Some of these we can avoid, some we cannot. What about foods? Non-organic foods and even organic foods are being tampered with now (GMOs, apeel, etc...)

What about the world's problems we don't agree with? Do these things weigh on your mind? Triggered, upset, obsessed by something you read, see or hear?

Are you working extra hard to avoid all those toxins and creating basically your own bubble for yourself and your family?

Ask yourself does the stress from all your efforts create more or less stress? What if you understood your body and your children's bodies can be strong enough to withstand being exposed to those outside the home? (Including allergies. Yes, allergic reactions and sensitives can be cleared with homeopathy.)

This may not apply to many of you but I feel we are becoming so health conscious that we are stepping over dollars to pick up pennies so to speak. Meaning, we are stressing ourselves out with things we can't control and not seeing the bigger picture.

These stressors become too overwhelming for us to do it all or to avoid it all. An example from my personal life is instead of allowing my kids to have regular cupcakes at a birthday party I would bake my own organic muffins so we could avoid a gluten sensitivity and all the dyes, etc...

Another example: instead of picking up convenient, packaged snacks at the grocery store I would make all our own snacks from scratch so I would know 100% the ingredients.

I would do all of these things and then I realized I never sit down and this cycle will never end. I was losing sleep and there was not enough time in the day. I was stressed all the time about food and toxin exposure.

Does this sound healthy? This sounds stressful, doesn't it? Where is the balance?

Don't get me wrong, I still make all our breads, many of our snacks and make all the food for my dogs BUT I do those things because they save us money as well as are healthy for us (and my dogs).

But I realized I can't continue to worry about when my kids have one piece of candy with dye in it. Yes, it affects them but we don't have it in our house, so they are not getting it all the time.

Also, I realized I can't obsess about toxins from other people they COULD be exposed to (neighbors spraying "round up", dryer sheet smell when walking in the neighborhood, other people's perfumes, plugins, etc...) These are things I cannot control.

What I can control is building up my family to not be susceptible to these toxins.

We're constantly on and off homeopathic remedies as I see them indicated for my family. This raises their vitality. When the vitality is raised the body is functioning as it should. When the body is functioning as it should we can process these toxins out and therefore be less susceptible to these toxins.

Of course, I understand how one would avoid things when their family member is allergic to it. We did as well. We also worked on those reactions and have cleared many of them with homeopathy.

Bottom line? Worry less about what you cannot control and let go of what stresses you out!

Enjoy life even with all the truths you know about the world and the toxins in it.

God made our bodies to heal themselves and I believe God made the earth the same way. So, things are really not as bad as the news (no matter the source) reports them.

God is in control and He tells us not to worry:
